General terms governing the use of DilTech services and digital platforms.
1. Scope of Services
DilTech provides software engineering, web application development, cloud hosting, and technical consulting. Specific engagement terms are defined in individual service proposals and contracts.
2. Intellectual Property
All proprietary software, code, designs, and branding created by DilTech remain the exclusive property of DilTech until full payment and formal handover as specified in client agreements.
3. Acceptable Use
Users must not use DilTech platforms for unlawful purposes, unauthorized vulnerability scanning, automated scraping, or transmitting malicious code.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DilTech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform use or temporary service interruptions.
5. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the substantive laws of Switzerland. Place of jurisdiction is Aargau, Switzerland.
